Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated May 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of MagicMovie.AI. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way (zero tolerance — reported to NCMEC and law enforcement)
  • Is non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including deepfake nudity or sexual content depicting real people who have not given explicit consent
  • Is defamatory, libelous, or otherwise harmful to a real person's reputation
  • Incites violence, terrorism, or imminent harm to identifiable people or groups
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats targeting a person or a protected class
  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights you do not hold or have license for
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to manipulate (e.g. fake celebrity endorsements, impersonation of public figures or officials for misleading purposes)
  • Violates applicable export controls, sanctions, or other laws

2. Deepfakes and Likenesses

You may generate content depicting real, identifiable people only if you have a documented right to do so (e.g. you are that person, you have written consent, or you are exercising lawful fair-use commentary/parody under applicable law). You may not use the Service to:

  • Create realistic likenesses of public figures for deceptive purposes
  • Generate political content designed to misrepresent any candidate, official, or party
  • Produce fake evidence or fabricate situations involving real people

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract source models
  • Reselling Service credits or generated content as a third-party service without our written permission
  • Bypassing rate limits, Render Credit checks, regen quotas, or our content filters
  • Using automated scripts (bots) on the Service outside of any published API
  • Attempting to gain access to other users' accounts or data
  • Submitting prompts containing the personal information of others without their consent

4. Reporting Violations

Report content that violates this AUP — including content depicting yourself without your consent — to [email protected]. Include the URL or share ID of the offending content where possible. We aim to respond to high-severity reports (CSAM, NCII) within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Remove or refuse to generate content that violates this AUP
  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Decline refunds as allowed by our Refund Policy
  • Preserve and disclose information to law enforcement when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm

6. Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, email [email protected] within 30 days. We will review appeals in good faith but reserve the right to maintain enforcement decisions where the violation is clear (e.g. CSAM).
